    You may create and submit a wish list here on our website, send an email with the items you need, or call for a consultation and a free quote. Free site visits are available for tent rental events only.

  • When does Dan’s Tent & Party Rentals deliver, set up, and break down the tents, tables, and chairs?

    We usually set up tents, tables, and chairs 1 or 2 days before your event and 1 or 2 days after your event.

  • Does Dan’s Tent & Party Rentals have a rain date for tent, table, and chair rentals?

    Yes, we do offer rain dates for tents, tables, and chairs; however, you will need to pay a deposit for both dates.

  • Can I change my order for tables, tents, and chairs when I hire Dan’s Tent & Party Rentals?

    Because your quote is a working document, we can make adjustments to accommodate your needs up to 7 days before the event. This is all subject to availability. Be aware tent rental reservations are difficult to change, especially during peak rental season.
